Scaffold Appreciation and Scaffold Inspection


Aim of the course

According to the NASC 2017 Safety Report, scaffolding incidents are decreasing but there are still accidents happening on a daily basis on scaffolds. Safety professionals, including ourselves, are trying to ensure that the safety guidance is presented to workers and remains good working practice within the scaffolding sectors.

This course will ensure that the safety practices of delegates using scaffolding components are kept efficient and effective. This 1-day course is important for the delegates as it allows them to understand all factors that surround scaffold inspections and the safety protocol that accompanies the inspections.

Course content

The scaffold inspection course is designed to provide delegates with an understanding of the different forms of construction, scaffold components, inspection procedures they can perform tasks safely, whilst fully understanding the current health and safety legislation and codes of practice.
